at first you need a torrent program
you can get one from this page :

i recommend you to use Azurues
after downloading the program install it :

click on Advanced .. so there you'll see what you are downloading....
in the movies section here, a torrent file is attached with each movie.. download it and then double click.. it will automatically be opened in the program.. choose the location and
click ok
